In the past period, a team from our organization within the project “Action against gender-based violence in the rural areas of Dolneni” for introduction in the legal system and undertaking measures against gender-based violence organized six workshops in the following six villages: Debreste, Lazani, Zhitoshe, Crniliste , Ropotovo and Dolneni.
In the past period, a team from our organization within the project “Action against gender-based violence in the rural areas of Dolneni” for introduction in the legal system and undertaking measures against gender-based violence organized six workshops in the following six villages: Debreste, Lazani, Zhitoshe, Crniliste , Ropotovo and Dolneni. The purpose of these workshops was to familiarize the local population with the legislation in our country that regulates families, family relations and violence. These workshops will contribute to improving the understanding of the importance of assistance whenever violence against women occurs. These workshops are led by a lawyer engaged in this project.
In addition to these six workshops, another 6 workshops will be organized in the following period with a focus on providing psychological assistance and family therapy. The workshops are organized in order to provide legal and psychological assistance to women victims of gender-based violence.
These workshops are part of the activities of the project “Action against gender-based violence in the rural areas of Dolneni” implemented by the Center for Civic Initiative in partnership with Luna Triniti, funded by the German Embassy
