A team from the Public Utility Company "Proleter" from Resen visited their colleagues from the utility company in the Municipality of Devoll, Republic of Albania. This meeting was part of the project "Prevention of Risks for Environmental Sustainable Practices for Agro Producers – PRESPA," funded by the European Union under the cross-border cooperation programme between the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Albania, and implemented by the Center for Civic Initiative from Prilep, the Municipality of Resen, the Organization for Destination Management from Korcha, and the Municipality of Devoll.
At the meeting, the representative of PUC "Proleter" – Resen, Gjorgji Volkanovski, presented the operation of the Ezerani treatment plant, sharing experiences from the technological process, from the intake to the output of the purified water. His colleagues shared their experiences from daily operations and working with similar processes, answering questions from their counterparts in Devoll.
This was a valuable exchange of experiences and a continuation of the collaboration that began with this project. During the meeting, they also discussed the data collected from the installed sensors that measure the quality of the purified water.
