Within the framework of the project “Joint forces for common interests” the partners have initiated a process of research of the effectiveness of the program aiming at identifying of the positive aspects and underlining the challenges that will enable further improvement that will be presented to the municipal bodies.
The research has produced positive evaluation including several lessons learned and good practices that can be used in the future.
The research has highlighted the importance of assigning of municipal officers that can be only dedicated on the communication and cooperation with the civil society sector, including the development of info-sharing paths for communication with the citizens. At the same time, it is mentioned the importance of mentored development of small projects as the organizations will be able to implement the project activities.
This research represents a learning document that can be used by all relevant stakeholders and further replicate the methodology of the action.
