On July 6, 2022, a conference was held in Resen to launch this project. The conference was attended by the Mayors Jovan Tozievski from Resen and Eduard Duro from Devoll, representatives from public utilities, representatives of institutions, farmers and agricultural societies, representatives of schools, etc.
The project "Prevention of risks for environmental sustainable practices for agro producers - PRESPA" is financed by the European Union from the program for cross-border cooperation between the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Albania, and is implemented by the Center for Civic Initiative from Prilep, Municipality of Resen, Organization for management of destinations from Korča and Municipality of Devoll.
On July 6, 2022, a conference was held in Resen to launch this project. The conference was attended by the Mayors Jovan Tozievski from Resen and Eduard Duro from Devoll, representatives from public utilities, representatives of institutions, farmers and agricultural societies, representatives of schools, etc.
The project team presented the activities of the project that will contribute to the protection of the environment, especially with the construction of sewage networks and wastewater treatment plants in the two municipalities, as well as raising awareness among citizens and strengthening cross-border cooperation between people and institutions from both sides of the border.
At the end, a discussion was opened in which the questions of the attendees were answered, and they expressed their desire to contribute to an even more successful realization of the Prespa project.
