JOB ANNOUNCEMENT for a part-time engagement of an Office Clerk

Within the Project: Roma Social Housing program in Kichevo, implemented by Association Center for Civic Initiative Prilep and the Municipality of Kichevo, there will be an opening of an Office within the Council of Municipality of Kichevo to support the process of filling out applications. The Office Clerk will provide support to Roma families by informing them regarding the documents required for application, as well as the filling out the forms and enabling them to complete the administrative part in a timely manner and within the set deadline. The Office Clerk’s engagement will be on a part-time basis in the period 01.02 – 30.04.2023.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor degree;

Work experience in the field will be considered an advantage;

Knowledge of principles of administrative and business operations;

Basic tasks and responsibilities: 

Communication with potential applicants;

Basic knowledge of national legislation;

Communication with state authorities, institutions and organizations;

Preparation and verification of documentation and other necessary documents;

Taking all actions related to the application;

Required abilities and skills:

Responsible and loyal person;

Excellent communication skills;

A motivated and reliable person;

Business communication (written and verbal);

Ability to solve conflicting situation;

Тime management ability and organizational skills.
