Within the project “Joint Forces for Common Interests” financed by the European Union and implemented by the organizations COSV, CCI and ANTIKO the following outcomes and outputs:
OUTCOMES:
– – Management and planning of the activities
– – Improved cooperation between the civil society organizations and local self-government
– – Increased capacities of members from the civil society and members from the municipalities in terms of supporting the interethnic common interests
– – Established additional 12 municipal bodies responsible for process of common community interests identification
– – Implemented 12 processes of community forums in the second phase for identification of priority common interests for intercommunity trust building
– – 14 grants for intercommunity trust building provided to CSO partnerships
– At least 12 grants for intercommunity trust building mentoring provided to CSO partnerships
– Project’s web site and Facebook (FB) page
– – Organized 6 regional cross – country meetings
– – Published 300 copies of the Report for the effectiveness of the program
OUTPUTS:
– – 4 regular coordination meetings
– – Selected 12 municipalities that have applied together with 12 civil society organizations
– – Developed pool of 12 mentor organizations capable for supporting of the partnerships between civil society, decision makers in line of supporting the interethnic common interests
– – 53 municipal workers included in the 12 municipal bodies
– – 48 community forums organized in 12 municipalities
– – 14 CSOs partnerships supported in implementation of project activities
– – 12 mentoring organizations transfer the knowledge to the grant beneficiaries and support the implementation process
– Regular posts and information published on the FB page
– – Informed civil society and municipalities of the project
